is the painless, one-step-at-a-time approach to sustainable well-being based on a progressive habit-oriented evolution with a foundation in the wisdom teachings of Yoga and Ayurveda. I’m Nancy Sophia Ruby, Yoga Educator, Wellness Activist, and self-proclaimed Joyologist.

Before I launched into all of those "titles", I had no routine, a terrible relationship with yo-yo dieting, and an on-again-off-again fitness routine. Consistency was a mystery. Having learned what it took to get on track with living a more easeful, fun-filled, rewarding life, I wound up in Bozeman. I had the sweet pleasure of introducing yoga , mind-body fitness, and massage therapy to Montanans back in 1983.  I proudly opened Bozeman’s first studio in 1998 and have helped to enrich the lives of 1000’s through the transformational benefits of Yoga, Ayurveda and Plant-based Nutrition.
