Journey through your precious human body integrating the wisdom of Ayurveda.  This ancient wisdom has the power to enrich the ways in which you live day by day.

Yoga is a transformational practice that yokes together our body, mind and spirit into a balanced state of being. Many Westerners are more familiar with the postures of hatha yoga, yet the true potential of yoga is spiritual wellness. It is through healing the body and quieting the mind that one awakens the wisdom of the heart where our spirit resides.

The intention of my YogaMotion® Method is designed to support you in balancing your practice with the wisdom of Ayurveda integrating yoga asana, meditation, and pranayama with the seasons of the year, the season of your life, and your innate constitution. When you combine the sister sciences of Yoga and Ayurveda you will more deeply and completely nurture yourself and expand your aliveness potential.  

Discover the profound ways that yoga sparks your sense of renewal in all parts of your being. Movement will be slow, deep, and sweet. You'll be expertly guided through therapeutic actions, powerful breathwork, and restorative relaxation techniques. Apply what you learn in class to continue integrating yoga into your every day life.

My mission with Ruby Wellness is to provide you with a peaceful, healing environment in which people of all ages and abilities can feel good, have fun, and live well. My personal intention is to continually grow with a community aimed at personal and planetary evolution.
